Do I send my own sneakers for you to design or do you buy them?

 

Either way works. This does effect the price and this question will also be asked when you are submitting your Custom Shoe Submission Form.

Has my order been sent yet ?

 

The only way to track your order is to contact us on Instagram and ask about the status of the delivery.

Where do I contact the designer?

Instagram or Email. Instagram is highly recommended

How long do I wait for a response after submitting my Custom Shoe Submission Form?

 

Usually takes 30 min. - 2 hours. Times may vary based on time of day and day of the week. Estimated response time is around 1 hour.

Does the paint come off of the sneakers?

 

Simply, No. The paint does not come off of the sneakers unless tried on purpose with rubbing alcohol or some other type of alcoholic liquid of sorts.

Can I track my order ?

 

The only way to track your order is to contact us on Instagram and ask about the status of the delivery.

What if I am not satisfied with the order?

All customized shoes that were not delivered for any reason will be posted for sale on the website. The seller will not be charged and/or will be refunded.

Do I message the Instagram account or do you message me?

After submitting your Custom Shoe Submission Form we will message you on Instagram with a few more questions, but you are also welcome to take matters into your own hands and send us a message right after submitting the form.
